Any individual is allowed to reprint any editorial for his or her own use at no charge, or to distribute to a group when a fee for that distribution is not charges. Any publication or outlet that will use the editorial in any media device in which the party will gain from sale of that media device, a fee schedule applies and permission must be granted in advance..

Terms of Reprinting

All editorials must be printed in their entirety unless written permission has been obtained. The editor may use quotations from an editorial provided that the quote is complete and proper credit is given.

The editorials must be followed by this biographical line: Dave Racer is an author, publisher and free lance writer living in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Publications without a written contract with Dave Racer may reprint the editorials based on the following fee schedule:
