Help Tom Bird Tom needs your help in many ways.  As an incarcerated man, his hands are tied by bureaucracy, time and money. Tom's desire is to win his freedom and to clear his name.  This requires a massive outpouring of public support and money.

Ways to Help

Write to your U.S. Senator and Congressman.  Ask them to intercede on Tom's behalf.  Get their addresses at www.senate.gov/ (add your senator's last name) or www.house.gov:80/Welcome.html for your congressman.

If you live in Kansas, write to  your lawmakers and ask them to help. Go to http://www.ink.org/public/misc/officials/html 

Write to the Kansas Governor and ask him to grant Tom a full pardon. Gov. Bill Graves, State Capitol, Second Floor, Topeka, KS 66612.  His E-Mail is governor@ink.org 

Write to the Kansas Supreme Court and ask them to grant Tom new trial.  Honorable Kay McFarland, Chief Justice, Kansas Supreme Court, 301 W. 10th Street, Topeka, KS 66612.

Write to the Kansas Parole Board and ask them to release Tom on parole immediately.  Kansas Parole Board, Kansas Department of Corrections, 900 SW Jackson, Topeka, KS 66112
